Feed clean, good quality forage

• As with water, horses can be very fussy about what they eat and for good reasons as mouldy, dusty food can potentially harm his health!
• If your hay or haylage doesn’t smell or look normal then don’t feed it as prevention is better than cure.
• The alfalfa, grass and straw we use in our Hi-Fi and Alfa-A ranges is high temperature dried which locks in nutrients and kills virtually all mould spores present to ensure consistently clean forage.
• Feeding a hay replacer such as Hi-Fi Senior is especially beneficial for performance horses, veterans or horses who suffer from RAO (Recurrent Airway Obstruction).
