Feed clean, good quality forage

• Horse’s are fussy feeders and for good reason! Dusty, mouldy feedstuffs may not only be detrimental to his health but may have reduced nutritional quality.
• Feed should be stored in cool, dry conditions, out of direct sunlight and protected from contamination by vermin.
• High oil feeds are particularly at risk of going rancid in hot conditions.
